3 x 8 BB Hip Thrusts (3 Mins RBS)
3 x 6 DB Bulgarian Lunges (ES) (3 Mins RBS)
15 Seated Calf Raise (Machine)
15 Standing Calf Raise (DB)
15 Tibialis Anterior Raises x 3 Sets with 2 Mins RBS
BURNER:
8 Toes to Bar (TTB) or Knees to Chest (KTC)
30 Plank Jacks
x 3 Sets with 1 Min Rest
