FREE ANTENATAL & EARLY PARENTING CLASSES

Prepare for pregnancy and parenthood with confidence through our free Antenatal and Early Pregnancy Classes, led by registered midwives, GP obstetricians, physiotherapists, and dietitians.

Antenatal Classes
• 3-week program (3 sessions)
• Support and education for pregnancy, birth & early parenting

Early Pregnancy Class
• Single session for first trimester or those planning pregnancy
• Covers fitness, nutrition & body changes

🧡 Harmony Week 🧡

Harmony Week is a national celebration of diversity and inclusion, and it coincides with the United Nations International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination on 21 March. It’s a reminder of the importance of respect, understanding and belonging for everyone.

Here at Benalla Health, we marked Harmony Week by wearing orange and coming together to share cultural dishes that are special to us and our heritage. It was a wonderful way to celebrate the diverse backgrounds that make up our team and our community.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Andra Blanchard and her son Aaron for their incredibly kind and thoughtful donation to our Acute Ward.

Six months ago, Andra’s husband was a consumer in our Acute Ward, and he has since sadly passed away. In his memory, Andra and Aaron generously donated insulated cups to help our current consumers enjoy simple comforts, like keeping their ice‑cream icy cold rather than melting too quickly.

This meaningful gift is a beautiful reminder of how small acts of kindness can bring moments of joy and comfort during difficult times. We are deeply grateful to Andra and Aaron for thinking of others while navigating their own loss.

Thank you for your compassion, generosity, and for helping our consumers continue to enjoy life’s small pleasures.
