You might have noticed our team popping in purple on Friday's as part of the Say No to Family Violence campaign.
Earlier in the year we also received a grant for members of our team to complete training on identifying and responding to domestic and family violence, delivered by Safer Families Centre and the University of Melbourne.

Flu season is approaching. Book in for your flu shot today to protect yourself and the community.

You are eligible for a free flu shot under the National Immunisation Program if you are:

- under 5 years
- Pregnant
- between 5 and 64 with an eligible chronic health condition
-over 65

All other patients will need to request a script.

You might see some new faces around Church Street Surgery! We would like to welcome our new registrars Dr Luke Martin, Dr Bee Larner, our returning registrar Dr Tim Greentree and visiting registrar Dr Liam Sutcliffe as welcome additions to the Church Street team. We are very happy to have them as part of the team and glad to be able to provide an increased service to Benalla so the community has better access to health care. Please make them welcome ☺️

There is a new COVID booster now available.

A COVID booster is recommended every:

- 12 months for 18-64 year olds
- 12 months for 65-74 (eligible for a booster every 6 months)
- 6 months for over 75s
- 6 months for immunocompromised
