We welcome Katie for a regular Monday evening YIN! Katie has 9 years of teaching experience.
It’s a delight to welcome her to the studio.
You’ll find her classes are taught from an anatomical focus with an invitation to really slow down and to be present.
Focused around the breath with an exploration of functional movement and mobility, whether it’s a slow flow or a juicy feel good yin practice, you can expect fun vibes, creative sequences with a sprinkle of philosophy weaved through.
