Last Friday, Harrison facilitated a professional development session on Applying Trauma-Informed Care in Practice at to case workers across the Youth Services and Youth Justice teams.

🌟What an amazing group of professionals! The young people in our region are lucky to have such passionate and dedicated case workers advocating for them every day.

💙We loved having the opportunity to build knowledge, strengthen practical skills, and support workers to apply trauma-informed principles in real-world practice.

💛 Support for Young People impacted by the Ravenswood / Harcourt fires 💛

The recent fires in Ravenswood and Harcourt have been incredibly distressing for many in our community. Get Psych’d is offering free Psychological First Aid (PFA) sessions for young people aged 12–25 who have been affected, to help support them through the immediate aftermath.

Psychological First Aid is short-term, practical support focused on helping young people feel safe, supported, and less distressed.
