Kate attending this beautiful offering today with Courage & Crowns - Megan Simpson

If you feel at all called to spend some time connecting back with yourself and feeling into what you most want to focus on, consider attending the next one on Sunday 11th Jan.

I promise it isn't scary or confronting. Megan is gentle and funny. You'll feel at ease and beautifully held.

My heart. What a beautiful afternoon.

Reminding women of what's really important.
Of how to move towards what you want.
How to trust yourself and your life.

We had a full house today - and so I am doing it all again for 20 women next Sunday 3-4:30.

There are already 5 spots taken.

You should join me, so you can flow into 2026 with ease and grace ###

Welcome to 2026.

I was going to record a video talking about the new year, shifting energies and being gentle with yourself.

But I was too tired, so decided to take my own advice 🥰

So this is us, saying to you....

Let's make 2026 the year of sharing, connecting, accepting, and meeting each other exactly as we are.

Love this from our friend Sarah Blooming Heart Therapy ❤️

I am going to steal the word Perception as my word for the year because I've been thinking a LOT about that lately!

Do you have a New Years Eve ritual? Some people have big ones, some have small ones, and others like to just let it happen without paying it any attention.

Whatever your plan is. Go gently, honor what you need and if possible, take a moment to notice the transition ✨️

✨ As the Year Ends: Reflect, Appreciate, and Look Ahead 🌟

The end of the year is upon us—a time to pause, reflect, and prepare for the possibilities ahead.
I used to dread New Year’s Eve, a feeling I inherited from my mother’s fear of the unknown. Over time, I’ve embraced it as a balance of curiosity and excitement. To transition gracefully into the new year, I follow a few rituals:

🌟 Reflect: What gifts did 2025 bring? What lessons came from the challenges? How have you grown this year?

🦋 Choose a Word: A single word can set the tone for the year ahead. My word for 2026 is perception. What’s yours?

🎨 Create a Vision: Whether through vision boards or symbolic creations like butterflies (a nod to transformation), envision the year you want to create.

Take time to honour your journey, be kind to yourself, and embrace your growth. What made 2025 meaningful for you?

Wishing you a peaceful close to the year and a transformative start to 2026.

Much love,
Sarah

The team at The Village Therapy Hub with like to wish you all a lovely Christmas period.

We know these holidays aren't always easy so our wish for you is that you can take what you need, leave what you don't.

Spend time the way you need to, not the way you think you 'should'.

Go gently and take care of each other.

Perception is a huge part of how we experience things and how we deal with situations we are in.

Just reminding ourselves about the power of perceptions can be a great starting place when we feel overwhelmed or stuck.. is there anther way to perceive this?

Do you ever feel like it's not ok to share your frustration or annoyance at things, because you need to be kind or understanding.

Resistance to expression of all parts of ourselves leads to challenges.

This is your invitation to express all of you.

Our body keeps the score, but we are able to bring in some kindness for ourselves. Self kindness goes a long way.

How much energy you have at any moment for the various things you do in your day is actually connected to how you perceive the task...

Let's get curious about that.
