We’re hiring a Human Resources Manager!
Golden City Support Services (GCSS) is looking for an experienced HR leader to help shape our people, culture, and compliance functions. If you're passionate about building strong teams, supporting staff wellbeing, and driving positive organisational culture, this could be your next step.
As our HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in:
🔸 Workforce planning and effective recruitment
🔸 Leading workplace investigations with fairness and integrity
🔸 Ensuring compliance across NDIS, DHS and sector standards
🔸 Providing expert HR and award interpretation advice
🔸 Supporting training, wellbeing, and staff development
🔸 Leading our HR, Rostering and Front of House teams
We’re looking for someone with:
✔ Strong knowledge of workplace legislation and the SCHADS Award
✔ Experience in HR leadership, ideally within community or disability services
✔ Skills in investigations, workforce planning, and people development
✔ Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related discipline (desirable)
