💞 Every morning (after the shower of course) it’s a protein shake and then my HAPPY JUICE!

💞 Wealth Wave She Evolved Collective at 6.30am is a must for me now as these beautiful women are amazing!

😏 Then off to work we go from 7 till 4 Monday to Thursday every week an 7 till 3.30 every second Friday!

🙋🏻‍♀️ Every Monday an Wednesday I go to Bootcamp at 5.30pm!

🙋🏻‍♀️ Every Tuesday an Thursday it’s exercises in the Hydro pool!

💞 Then before I go to bed I do 1 affirmation an my journal!

😴 All of which makes for a good night’s sleep!

✨ Without a vision I believe that my life would be at a standstill!
✨ A vision is something that I truly believe everyone needs!
✨ It gives purpose, hope, love and many more possibilities!

✨ To me it’s about visualising an creating the beauty of everything around me!
✨ My business is a vision that will take me to where I know I can help others become who they wish to be!
