At its core, the event is about stripping back the stigma around menopause and midlife health, and creating a safe, inclusive space for women to learn, laugh, and feel seen.
The program includes engaging, bite-sized presentations from expert speakers, a Q&A panel, and the opportunity for connection and community.

- Dr Fatima Khan – Renowned menopause specialist, media contributor and educator known for her holistic and accessible approach to women’s health.
- Rachel Jobling – Nutritionist and personal trainer with a passion for supporting hormone health and vitality through nutrition and movement.

As many of you will know we are governed by two very important bodies. The TGA and AHPRA.

There have been some changes to way we are allowed to advertise. We are no longer allowed to elude to use of any scheduled medications in any advertising.

This includes our booking system.
We are currently updating our website and booking system to reflect this.

If you are unsure what to book etc please let us know. Our booking system will now only list cosmetic consultation, which is the same as always as a consultation was always mandatory pre any treatment.

Once you have had the consultation you will then be able to have any treatment you are deemed appropriate. If you know what you usually require you should be able to select the appropriate time frame consultation.

SHINING A LIGHT ON INCONTINENCE IN AUSTRALIA

With one in four people in Australia experiencing some form of incontinence, it’s time we shine a light on the prevalence of this common condition.

A recent report from Deloitte Access Economics, commissioned by Continence Health Australia, has unveiled:

In 2023, there were over 7.2 million people with incontinence in Australia
By 2032, it is estimated that the number of Australians living with some degree of incontinence will rise to 8.6 million, representing 34.1% of the population
71% of people with incontinence are younger than 65 years
This World Continence Week, we call on communities to break the silence, challenge misconceptions and foster open conversations about continence health.
