Mindfulness is about being in the present moment, this means you are not thinking about the past or the future. Using this awareness you learn to look for the small moments even if it’s finding a beautiful new flower in the garden and taking time to really appreciate it and be grateful.

Hi Parents, Megan is an amazing mentor and is running a 1 hour workshop for Parents and your beautiful girls. She stands for what Girl Power embodies teaching girls to believe in themselves, learning their strengths and of course friendship strategies. I will be facilitating day programs of Girl Power In January so our girls can be ready to go back to school empowered,❤️
