Are you an LGBTIQA+ community member, and want to help Burnie City Council (BCC) be more inclusive for LGBTIQA+ people?

Expressions of Interest are now open for those interested in joining the le***an, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and q***r (LGBTIQ+) Advisory Group.

It is intended that the Advisory Group be made up of LGBTIQA+ community members, BCC Councillors and representatives from LGBTIQA+ organisations. The group will guide Council’s LGBTIQA+ Inclusion Community Engagement, and develop a draft action plan to go to Council for discussion and approval.
