This point is called Spleen 10 (Sea of blood). In Kinesiology, it is known as a Neuro-emotional reflex point that helps relieve stress, improve muscle tone and boost energy.
This point requires firm stimulation to correct. It is like an emotional circuit breaker for the Spleen meridian.
On a physical level, you could have irregular and/or painful menstruation, eczema, thigh pain or uterine bleeding.
Emotionally, it can be linked to:
* Being prone to worrying and overthinking. (More so than other people)
* Feeling unfulfilled.
* Feeling that your best is not good enough.
* Issues around empathy and sympathy (too much or not enough)
* Self-pitying or self-indulging.
Possible goals:
* I love me for being me (not what I do)
* My purpose in life is to develop all aspects of myself that are in my best and highest good.
* I am satisfied and content.
You can always book in to explore these issues with your friendly holistic Kinesiologist. (I still always advise to check with your GP, too!)

When we don't forgive, it keeps us bound to the energy of that person.
Forgiveness frees you from the ties that bind.
You don't have to forgive what they did, but forgiving them on a soul level, separate from their behaviour, benefits you. It helps you to process the trauma and move forward!

😁Did you know that when you smile, whether you feel like it or not, your brain releases tiny molecules called neuropeptides to help fight off stress?
😁 The best thing you can do, especially when you're feeling down, is to turn the corners of your mouth up into a smile. Smiling increases mood-enhancing hormones while decreasing stress-enhancing hormones, including cortisol, and adrenaline. It also reduces overall blood pressure.
😁We usually smile when we're happy. These smiling muscles remember that they are used when you feel happy, so this can trigger your brain to produce more endorphins—the chemical that relieves pain and stress.
😁 Remember you, and you alone, get to choose your feelings. Noone can make you happy. Its a choice! You can choose happiness even if you dont feel like it.

Yeah, but, what? Does empathy require more work than sympathy?
Empathy serves as the undeniable and powerful force that can foster connection between people. It goes beyond mere understanding; it involves truly feeling and sharing in another person's emotions. This shared emotional experience forms the basis for genuine connection, creating strong bonds that can transcend the surface level of human interaction.
Unlike empathy, sympathy involves acknowledging another person's emotions without fully immersing oneself in those feelings. It often carries a sense of detachment, a recognition of another's pain without truly internalizing it. This form of understanding can inadvertently create a sense of separation, as the person offering sympathy remains an observer rather than a participant in the emotional landscape of the other.
Whilst empathy fuels connection and it is important to be vulnerable in the space and feel and share those feelings, it is equally important to clear your energetic field and not hold onto another's emotions for longer than serves your highest good. Children can be particularly susceptible to this. They want to feel safe, so they try to energetically take away the pain and conflict in the family. This can lead to anxiety – fuelled behaviours and sore tummies!
So what do you do? Brush down your body from head to toe, with your hands. Sweep your hands over all parts of your body (top to bottom). Continue to repeat, “I am clearing energy that does not serve me and is not for my highest good and recycle it out to the Universe with love.” Finish sweeping over your feet three times.

🧘Why yoga? Why not? I can’t stick my toes in my mouth anymore or do the splits, however, I do yoga, because why wouldn't you?
🧘I like to think of yoga as training my parasympathetic nervous system - my rest and digest.
🧘Yoga has been shown to lower stress hormones in our bodies while simultaneously increasing beneficial brain chemicals like endorphins and GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid). These feel-good chemicals help decrease anxiety and improve mood. Essentially, I don’t want to be a moody a*** b****!
🧘Yoga was a slow burn for me. I was always very competitive, and this is not what is needed in yoga. Yoga is all about you and where you are at on your journey. Remember, comparison is the absolute thief of joy. Once I stopped competing to see if I could stretch as far as everyone else, I was able to relax and come into my own healing space.
🧘I always recommend Yoga to my clients, both young and old, as I believe that it helps hold the kinesiology balance longer in your body and gives it more time to assimilate deeply.

❄️What wounded parts of me did I feel and how did I tend to them?
❄️When did I lean into my inner strength?
❄️What dreams have grown within me?
❄️What dreams have faded away?
❄️What do you need to let go of to continue to progress on the fulfillment of your plan or life aspirations and why?

🪴Ouch, motherplucker! I’m not controlling, am I???
🪴Situations beyond our control inevitably arise, but how we face them determines much about our happiness, outlook, and future. As complex human beings—our emotions wield influence and can cause physical pain, lingering stiffness, and other anxiety-induced problems. (Kinesiology is great when you’re in this s***tshow! Just saying.)
🪴Anxiety is looking ahead and predicting a bad outcome. Surely, if it’s that simple we should be able to stop ourselves from stressing.
🪴Unfortunately, we can find it hard to take situations moment by moment, inevitably to trust in the Universe. (I think I may have said this once or twice before! 😊). So, we make up a s*** tonne of possible bad outcomes so that we are prepared for the worst! Here’s a novel f***ing idea – how about you prepare for the best outcome instead? The law of attraction in its finest form.
🪴When we project our fears and concerns onto whatever’s unfolding in our lives, the future can look scary. This week – rather than worry about something that hasn’t happened, make SPACE for a stroke of luck and abundance to enter your world. Sending you much love and healing light for the best outcome!! ###

Large intestine (LI) meridian can be a blockage centring around gulit, grief, self-worth, perfectionism, and relating your worth to your work.
When LI is out of balance, grief is less fluent and people can get stuck, not having truly let go.
Ask yourself-
What are you holding on to that no longer serves you?
What can't you seem to let go of?
Are you seeking recognition or approval?
Are you longing for connection?
Were you able to please your parents/care givers?
Possible goals -
* I value my true self.
* I am worthy of love regardless of what I do.
* I now choose to let go of what no longer serves me.
How to fix it -
1. When on the toilet, slightly elevate your feet. Stroke down the outside of your thigh, from hip to knees with medium pressure. Say one of your goals whilst doing this. (Don't stroke up towards your hip - that's for diarrhoea!)
2. Rub LI 4 for 30 seconds on both hands 3x day, whilst thinking of your issue. It's on the back of your hand between thumb and index finger. Right in the meaty part of your muscle.
3. Before going to bed, put 1-3 drops of castor oil in your belly button.
Lesson -
Reconnect with your inner self and spirit, the only thing of real value.

🧘Why do we answer ‘Busy’ when asked how we are?
🧘Busy’ has become the new ‘Good’. When ever you ask someone these days how they are, they usually respond with 'busy.' Seemingly, busy has become the default state for too many of our lives. Remember the law of attraction – the more you keep saying you’re busy, the busier you’ll become.
What are the chances that the busiest person you know is actually the most productive? We tend to associate busyness with goodness and believe that spending many hours at work should be rewarded.
Instead, evaluate what you are doing, why you are doing it and where accomplishing it will take you. If you don’t have a good answer, then stop!
Busy is not inevitable. How can we unbusy our lives?
1. Realize that being busy is a choice. It is a decision we make.
2. Stop the glorification of busy. Busy, in and of itself, is not a badge of honour. In fact, directed at the wrong pursuits, it is actually a limiting factor to our full potential.
3. Appreciate and schedule rest.
4. Revisit your priorities. Become more intentional with your priorities and pursuits in life. Busyness is, at its core, about misplaced priorities.
5. Own fewer possessions. The things we own take up far more time and mental energy than we realize. They need to be cleaned, organized, and maintained. And the more we own, the more time is required. Own less stuff and find more time because of it.
6. Cultivate space in your daily routine. Take time for lunch. Find space in your morning to sit quietly before starting your day. Invest in solitude, meditation, or yoga.
7. Find freedom in the word, ‘no.’ Recognize the inherent value in the word ‘no.’ Learning to say ‘no’ to less important commitments opens your life to pursue the most important. Please remember, for the love of Jesus, you never have to justify saying ‘no!’
Busy does not need to define you. Unbusy is possible. It’s okay to be happy with a calm life. (Inspo: Joshua
