Hi Everyone!
My name is Chris and I am looking for NDIS participants to work with.
I am an independent disability service provider in the Bendigo area. I have 2.5 years of experience in this work with a local support organisation.
I provide one-to-one supports with participants out in the community and at home to achieve occupational and personal goals.
Services include community access, home support and personal care.
I hold a Certificate IV in Disability from Bendigo TAFE. Completed January, 2023.
Qualified Social Worker, University of Melbourne. Completed March, 2015. Australian Association of Social Workers member.
Current National Police Check, Current Working with Children Check, Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Current First Aid Certificates. Current ABN. Current Victorian Driver Licence.
