Off-grid for 12 days.

I’ll be stepping away from messages and screens for a while as I head into the bush with my 12 yr old twins for our rewilding camps.

I LOVE these camps. The kids LOVE these camps! (Thank goodness!)

No phones. No news. No electricity.

Slow days. Bush walks. River washes. Campfire songs. Connecting with beautiful humans. Falling back into rhythm with nature.

I’ll check messages on Saturday 11th April when we head out to restock supplies. Otherwise, I’ll be offline until Saturday 18th April.

There are still a few places available in Term 2 for all classes except Thursday 9.30am, Tuesday 7.15pm, Men’s Yoga, and Friday 9.30am.

Just message me and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Yes! Poor balance can be an indicator of how the rest of the body is tracking. And while practising balance poses might not lengthen your life per se, balancing regularly helps keep your proprioceptive system functioning well.

If you don’t use it, you lose it.

That’s why manageable, accessible balance practices are an integral part of Gentle Yoga & Meditation. I still have space in my Friday 6am class, commencing this week. Interested? Comment below

I usually keep my business and personal page separate, but we are just back from the most epic 3-week family holiday…
possibly our last one now that our eldest is 19.

If you’re into snorkelling or diving, Raja Ampat in Western Papua (formerly Irian Jaya) is an absolute must.
The best snorkelling.
Thriving, ancient, ALIVE coral.
Incredible, abundant marine life. Giant turtles, reef sharks, manta rays galore, huge schools of vibrant, tropical fish.
And the most generous, beautiful people.

Rustic, basic, wildly humbling travel…
with a little Bali luxury on either side to ease us in and out.

And now I’m home, grounded, grateful, and ready to teach again.

Term 1 starts Tuesday 27 January.
Many classes are already full, with a few spots still available.

🐾 Spur of the moment Puppy Yoga!
I’ve just decided to run a special class this Saturday, Oct 18, before all the puppies go to their new homes 🐶💛

It will be a floor-based, super accessible class. It’s more about moving mindfully among playful pups than perfect technique. I’ve taught yoga for over 20 years, but I’ve never taught a puppy yoga class, so we’ll see where this goes!

If you’re ready to ramp up the joy factor in your yoga practice, this is your chance. Expect chaos, cuddles and a whole lot of joy.
