Hello 👋
As a massage therapist celebrating my 59th birthday this week, I’m often asked how I maintain my passion and stamina for over 14 years without sacrificing my health, family and peace of mind. The answer lies in finding balance and prioritising self-care. My wonderful husband provides invaluable support, allowing me to fully focus on you. I take care of my health through exercise, hydration and healthy eating which allows me to provide you with quality massages. If I don’t look after my body, I can’t look after yours! I work within my scope of practice so I will always refer clients to other suitable therapists when necessary. By continuing my education and taking breaks, I’m able to stay “in touch” with your needs without getting burned out.
My journey as a massage therapist has been nothing short of AMAZING and I owe it to the incredible people who have supported me over the years. It’s not only my own self care but also because of YOU that my little business still exists today!

It’s not always about treating pain AFTER it starts. Maintenance is key so if you’d like to continue your regular massage appointments in 2026 please confirm so I can lock in your perfect time and day.
