With a strong foundation in nutritional medicine and dietetics, Jayde offers a truly integrated approach — combining precise herbal prescriptions, advanced acupuncture techniques, and personalised dietary guidance. Her calm presence, clinical clarity, and attention to detail allow her to support patients through even the most challenging health concerns.
