(ENG) Let us introduce another special guest - Raymond Lee - the only physiotherapist worldwide to hold a 6th Duan certification from the Chinese Wushu Association in tai chi, kung fu and qigong. With more than 30 years of martial-arts experience, he has trained under masters such as Grandmaster Madam Kit Chan and Cynthia Rothrock, earning over 80 medals in national and international competitions. Raymond specialises in teaching Yang-style tai chi and the Mulan Quan system, blending his physiotherapy expertise with traditional practice to support holistic health. He also appeared as Jiao-Long in the Black Creek movie.

(CZ) Dovolte nám představit dalšího zvláštního hosta - Raymond Lee - jediný fyzioterapeut na světě, jež je současně držitelem 6. Duanu od Čínské asociace wushu v taiči, kung-fu a čchi-kungu současně. S více než 30 lety zkušeností v bojových uměních získaných od učitelů jako velmistryně Madam Kit Chan a Cynthia Rothrock, získal přes 80 medailí na národních i mezinárodních soutěžích. Raymond se specializuje na výuku taiči ve stylu Yang a systému Mulan Quan, kde propojuje své fyzioterapeutické znalosti s tradiční praxí na podporu holistického zdraví. Only good vibes allowed in our groups! We survived a very long 11 week term and we celebrated 80th Birthday, International No Diet Day and more within the last three months! More good stuff to come and appreciate every one of you looking after each other! 🙂🙃☯️☯️☯️ And that’s the traditional value of tai chi kung fu qigong family!

Join us for Tai Chi in the Mall 2025, a free community wellness event hosted at Hargreaves Mall, Bendigo, on select Wednesdays: 2 July, 6 August, 3 September, 8 October, 3 December, and 17 December.
Sessions run from 10:00am to 10:45am, are open to all ages and abilities, and feature easy-to-follow Tai Chi movements that promote balance, flexibility and relaxation.
No bookings required—just wear comfy shoes and bring a water bottle. Proudly presented by WELBY Holistic Healing in partnership with the City of Greater Bendigo, this event is part of the Hargreaves Mall Reactivation.

Meet us at the Hargreaves Mall tomorrow, 7 May 2025, at 10am for a 45-minute session featuring classic movements from Taichi Qigong Shibashi and additional Qigong forms. Everyone is welcome, and no experience is required! ☯️☯️☯️

FREE WEDNESDAY Tai Chi in the Mall January 2025 is back!

Join us for a series of free Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi sessions, hosted by WELBY Holistic Healing and sponsored by the City of Greater Bendigo Council. This is part of the Reactivate the Mall initiative, aimed at bringing vibrant energy to Hargreaves Mall and supporting local businesses.

Location: In the centre of Hargreaves Mall
Cost: Free!
