1) Quit Smoking/Vaping - 3 (1hr) sessions.

Upon completion of all sessions, client take home hypnotic meditation, i.e. issue, for own personal use and ongoing wellbeing.

SPIRITUAL HYPNOTHERAPY sessions include:-
1) Past Lives - Hypnotic regression into early childhood, womb
environment and past-life.
Cost (2.5hr-4hr) session - $250.00.

During a Soul Regression session (Past Life therapy), when a client has been guided hypnotically into their mother's womb, whatever the mother was feeling at that time and during the whole pregnancy e.g. anxiety, stress, anger, joy, happiness or peace, these emotions can have a negative and/or positive effect on the baby, depending on the emotion. The baby can feel everything coming from the mother, and a baby can carry this with him or her through to adulthood. Soul Regression can help a client acknowledge, understand and resolve these negative emotions that have come from their mother from inside the womb, and also acknowledge and appreciate the positive emotions that they carry.

To enter into deep hypnosis, you go through 3 different brain wave cycles.

1. Beta state:- Alert, awake and everyday state.
2. Alpha State: Bridge between conscious and subconscious states.
(light trance).
3. Theta state:- Deep trance.

It is in the Theta state that hypnosis has the most effect. It is this state that opens up to the subconscious mind which stores memories of everything that we have ever done, and it is in this state that the most significant changes are made.
