With over 30 years in the wellness and beauty world, Nadine brings a rare blend of experience and soul. Nardine spent her former years as a beauty therapist before becoming a yoga and meditation teacher — a journey that has shaped her holistic, heart-centered approach to beauty.

Meet Caitlin:

Our Newest Nurse + Skin Therapist at LUME
We are so excited to officially welcome Caitlin, our newest Skin Therapist, to the LUME SKIN CLINIC team.

Caitlin is quietly working behind the scenes learning, training, and diving deep into all things Lume. After a lot of gentle persuasion (and a few not-so-subtle nudges), we’re thrilled she’s finally joined us at LUME.
When she’s not here treating skin, Caitlin is bubbly, incredibly kind, and deeply compassionate.
Caitlin will be available weekly for clinical treatments and facials. Her passion for both skin and health is evident in everything she does.
With a calm, honest approach and a love for patient education, Caitlin brings a sense of ease and genuine care to every appointment.
And if she looks a little familiar… yes, we’re related Caitlin is my cousin! Watching her grow as a nurse has been such a joy, and having her now as part of the LUME family is incredibly special.

Here’s the thing about rosacea: it’s not just redness. It’s definitely not just sensitive skin.
Beneath the surface lies an intricate network of tiny blood vessels, called the superficial microvascular, which control how your skin responds to heat, stress, wine, spicy food. Richard is a Specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with private practices in both Toorak and Bendigo, as well as public consulting roles at Austin Hospital and Western Health.
Not only is he an exceptional surgeon, but also a dedicated educator and researcher. Richard has presented at multiple international conferences on facial aesthetics and aging, with his ongoing research continuing to contribute invaluable education to the field.
With a particular focus on soft tissue and bony correction of facial aesthetics, he is at the forefront of advanced surgical techniques. As a clinical demonstrator and presenter for the MAFAC International Facial Surgery and Anatomy Course, he teaches the latest innovations in facial rejuvenation.
We are proud to have Dr. Huggins as our esteemed mentor and trusted prescriber. His expertise and guidance inspire excellence in both clinical practice and academic advancement.

In Australia, cosmetic clinics like ours are governed by two important regulatory bodies; the TGA and AHPRA to ensure transparency, safety, and ethical standards in all services we offer.
From 2 September 2025, new AHPRA advertising guidelines for higher-risk, non-surgical cosmetic procedures will come into effect. These changes are designed to protect you our important consumer by ensuring all advertising is accurate, ethical, and free from misleading claims.

What This Means for You
Under these updated regulations, we are no longer permitted to reference any scheduled medications in our advertising, including within our booking system. Because of this, you may notice some changes to how our treatments are presented online.
Our new website is currently under construction and booking platforms remain fully compliant with these requirements. Moving forward, our booking system will only list Cosmetic Consultation options. Please don’t worry, your treatment options have not changed.
As always, a consultation is mandatory before any treatment, so this process remains the same. Once you’ve had your consultation, our team will assess your needs and determine the most appropriate treatment for you.

Booking Your Appointment
New patients: Please book a 45-minute consultation.

Existing patients: If you know the treatment you usually have, feel free to book the appropriate consultation length (30min or 60min).
You can also leave notes in the booking system to help us better understand your treatment goals and allocate the correct appointment time.
