To our Sailability Bendigo participants and volunteers,

Unfortunately, with a forecast of 36 degrees this upcoming Wednesday and very low water levels in Lake Weeroona, the decision has been made to cancel the February session of Sailability. We are devasted that we won't be able to see you all, but making sure you are out of the heat and keeping well is our main priority. Cycling Without Age Bendigo will also be keeping cool this Wednesday and will NOT be at the Lake Pavillion for bike rides.

If you have booked and paid for this month's session, a refund will be made back into the account you paid from OR your place will be automatically secured for the next session on March 18th, 2026.

Maggie from Sports Focus should have contacted you directly either by phone call or email - if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call Maggie on 5442 3101.

We apologise for any inconvenience - thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you on the water in March ⛵️

Another beautiful day out on Lake Weeroona yesterday to kick off our first session of 2026. ☀️
A big thank you to all of our volunteers who make this day so special every month - check out those smiles!
And a big thank you to the Bendigo Rowing Club for bringing down some rowing machines and boats for our participants to trial and enjoy! 🚣
And thank you again to the fantastic Cycling Without Age Bendigo team for providing beautiful bike rides around the lake.

Overcast and windy - PERFECT day for a Sail! December's Sailability session was a hit on Lake Weeroona - the last session of 2025 went out with lots of smiles and sails!
Even with a little bit of rain, it was worth it being about to see these happy faces out on the water - with a few returning participants practicing what they have learned so far this year, sailing the boat themselves! This is what it is all about ⛵️🌥️
Thanks to Cycling Without Age Bendigo for coming along once again, providing participants the amazing experience of cycling around the lake!
