🥣 It was such a beautiful Sound Bath Meditation this morning. The energy in the room was so calm & serene.

🙏🏼 It’s such a privilege & blessing to be able to share these experiences with you.

It felt so special to be blessed at the water temple on our last full day in Bali. Was a way of honouring Spirit & deepening my own spiritual connection 🙏🏼

🧘‍♀️ As one journey ends another begins as I welcome you back to yoga this week. Together we’ll share our own spiritual journey through the exploration of yoga & meditation.
