I admire the resilience & determination of the little water fowl building this nest. It’s sitting on a rock which was above the water level, but the lake has been getting topped up & I thought for sure that it would end up underwater. But it’s still there. This morning she was adding more twigs to the structure building it higher. It was lovely to watch her as she popped under the boardwalk coming back out with a stick in her beak. She was a gentle reminder to me to stop rushing & be in the moment for a little while.

🙏🏼 Thank you to the beautiful souls that attended todays Sound Bath. The bowls sound & vibration were particularly powerful this morning. I’m always grateful for the guidance I receive & amazed at what the Universe provides.

Just have a few finishing touches to finish the studio. It’s looking fabulous just in time for yoga this morning.

We made some changes to our garden which required us to dig up our small plum tree. It’d been struggling, but rather than bin it we decided to bonsai it. Three years later & it’s thrivng producing its first plum of hopefully many.
Such a testimemt to its resilience. Plus I got to enjoy eating the plum 😋

Slowly getting there with the changes in the yoga room. The workmen have been doing an amazing job. Am looking forward to the glass sliding door being installed early next week. Just in time for yoga on Thursday.

I’m feeling super excited & slightly overwhelmed at the changes we’re making in my beautiful yoga space. Today we watched on as the room was taken apart, walls & windows removed & services moved. Next comes the rebuilding & putting back together ready for yoga classes next week 🤗

Lucy’s wandered in here after the Sound Bath looking half asleep, glanced out the window wondering where everyone went & just sat staring at me expectantly. I think she wanted more 💝

🥣 Thank you ladies for joining me for todays session. There was such a calm energy in the room as the sound & vibration seemed to permeate everything it touched.

The next session will be the 7th of February. Pop the date in your calendar.

🧘‍♀️Thank you to all my beautiful yogis for a fabulous year of Yoga & Meditation. Classes have finished for the year, so I’ll catch up with you in the new year. Yoga starts back on the 29th of January.

I can only share what I love doing because of you, so thank you for being a part of my journey & allowing me to be a part of yours.
