Breathing is our source of life; it brings us nutrients to survive and thrive. When we meditate, we gain clarity, calmness, accessing our core self so we can live an empowered life. Sharmi learnt to meditate during a life changing time, taught by an amazing teacher, healer, mentor and change agent. After a long career in the corporate world, and some stops and starts in wellbeing, Sharmi is ready to launch Breath is Life Meditation, build a community and challenge society's approach to health and wellbeing one breath at a time.
