Donna Yoga Yoga relaxes the body and mind, improves flexibility, strength, reduces stress , energizes and improves your whole being so you can live a joyful life.

I teach Hatha Yoga, specializing in Restorative Yoga for exhaustion, fatigue, recovery of illness or injury or to take time out to unravel from life's demands. I have been teaching for 12 years and practicing for 25 years. Yoga has brought a richness to my life and continues to be a source of growth, and supports me in my whole life.
