I am very excited to announce that I am holding a new workshop on Gut Health and the power of fermented foods at on Sunday, the 23rd of March!

Did you know that the health of our gut plays a crucial role in our overall well-being? From our brain to our mood, behaviour, immune system, and even chronic illness, our gut microbiome is at the heart of it all. Recent research has uncovered just how vital it is to balance and nurture the millions of bacteria living in our gut.

Join me, and I'll explore the importance of gut health and how fermented foods can be your easy secret tools for supporting a balanced and thriving microbiome.

Whether you're new to gut health or looking to expand your knowledge, this workshop will leave you empowered with practical tools and insights to improve your well-being from the inside out.

Why should we add fermented food to our diet?

Not only does fermenting remove sugars - so those who can't have sugar can still consume fermented fruit and vegetables, but it also:

* helps create beneficial enzymes,
* pre-digests it,
* creates B vitamins,
* improves bowel health,
* increases the immune system,
* creates vitamin K2,
* reduces sugar cravings,
* increases antibodies,
* increases vitamins A & C,
* helps to remove toxins from the body
* aids digestion.

In my next workshop I will show you how to ferment fruit, using kefir water and coconut water. Its this Sunday, 11am -12noon, online! For further information, please contact me, Peta Comfort xx
