Sleep regression means a loss of sleep skills and is not s sleep science term. Sleep progressions are natural changes to sleep relating to development changes and maturation of the sleep-wake cycle. Even separation anxiety is a normal sign of growing and shows your baby has developed attachment. The term ‘regression’ needs to be replaced with progression. How is your baby's sleep progressing?
