Peita Carter created Raw Elements in 2003 with a vision to provide an holistic approach focusing on the body, mind and soul. Peita has always had a love and passion for fitness, nutrition, organics and natural therapies. Peita is a mother of two active and vibrant young boys so she understands the demands of parenthood and the changes that occur during pregnancy. She values the importance of keepi

ng a strong and healthy body before, during and after pregnancy. Peita's training methods are drawn from a variety of platforms. She incorporates strength training, endurance, boxing, yoga and functional training to develop a plan that is individually tailored for each client. She prides herself on making each session different, interesting and motivating. Her approach to a healthy body and mind is unique and focused. Peita offers individual or group training for men, women and children. Sessions are available in outdoor settings and indoor facilities in her training studio. Peita holds the following qualifications:
