🌸 Pregnancy is a beautiful journey, but it can also bring stress and anxiety that feels overwhelming. It’s okay to feel this way, and you’re definitely not alone. 🤰✨

Here are some tips to help you find moments of calm:
1. Breathe Deeply – Practice deep breathing or meditation to ease your mind.
2. Stay Active – Gentle exercises like walking or prenatal yoga can be incredibly soothing.
3. Connect– Share your feelings with loved ones or join a support group for reassurance.
4. Pamper Yourself– Take time for self-care, whether it’s a warm bath, reading a favorite book, or simply resting.

Remember, you’re doing an amazing job and it’s okay to ask for support. 💖 You’ve got this!

Thank you for all the beautiful birthday wishes that everyone has been messaging me! I am beyond touched and am so grateful to have you all in my life.
