Ash has had extra training in Clinical Pilates and in Women’s Health and Post Natal Physiotherapy and so is our go to expert for clients with issues during/post pregnancy.

PRESEASON TRAINING IS BACK!

Preseason training is crucial to build a resilient body for the season ahead, and maximizing your preseason and the amount of sessions you can complete is often the key to a successful season!

Make sure you don’t fall for the trap of “just resting for a few weeks” if you develop a soreness, ni**le or injury - instead get it assessed quickly by one of our expert physiotherapists so that you can quickly have any poor movements, imbalances or weakness corrected and rehabilitated, allowing you to get back out and stuck into pre season sessions ASAP to give yourself the best chance of a strong season!
