Great article by my colleague Jan Douglass from Moving Lymph on the potential benefits of elastic taping in the prevention of Chronic Post Operative Neuropathic Pain.

Awesome few days extending my learning with David Blow on neuromuscular taping around breast reconstructive surgery and breast cancer surgeries.

Thanks to our lived experience models, we could see the immediate change in sensory deficits, pain (eg lower back pain after DIEP flap technique) and overnight changes to scarring and skin texture.

Definitely a game changer, never too late to improve how your post breast surely body looks and feels!

Great improvement to this post wrist fracture surgery scar! After one session of MLD and 2 Dermo taping applications 1 week apart, patient is reporting significant decrease in scar sensitivity, wrist pain and a big increase in mobility.

Visually we can see the swelling and adhesions around the scar have notably decreased and the scar texture has flattened significantly!
