We’re excited to welcome Jenna to our team as our new Work & Study Specialist.

Jenna will be running our popular 6‑week program, Empower Your Future, designed for people aged 17+ who are currently unemployed and not studying, who want to build confidence, receive support with resumes, and explore opportunities in study, work, and volunteering.

📍 Our next Empower Your Future program will be held in Loxton and commences on Tuesday, 29 April. Enrolments are now open.

In addition, Jenna will be supporting young people aged 12–25 through our headspace Berri program, providing tailored guidance around work and study pathways.

With many years of experience working in business management and employment services, Jenna brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role. She is looking forward to supporting clients to build confidence, discover their strengths, and feel empowered to take the next step toward their future.

Mel is one of our wonderful team members here at FocusOne Health, she works as a Mental Health Clinician and Mental Health Portfolio Coordinator based in Berri. She's been part of the team for 14 years!

Mel is passionate about walking alongside her clients as they grow, learn, and build practical skills to move through life with more ease and confidence.

In her role as Portfolio Coordinator, Mel oversees the day‑to‑day function and delivery of mental health services across the Riverland. She is deeply committed to ensuring our services are high quality and grounded in exceptional clinical practices.

Yesterday our Mount Gambier Medicare Mental Health team attended the Closing the Gap Services Expo at the Pangula Mannamurna Aboriginal Corporation. It was an excellent opportunity for staff to engage with First Nations community and other local service providers.

At FocusOne Health, we’re committed to supporting mental wellbeing across the Riverland, Limestone Coast and Pinnaroo. Our adult mental health services are available throughout these regions, ensuring community members can access the support they need close to home.

In Mount Gambier, we proudly serve as the lead organisation for The Mount Gambier Medicare Mental Health Centre, a safe and supportive walk‑in service for adults (18+) experiencing distress and seeking someone to talk to. No appointment is needed.

In Berri, we are also the lead organisation for headspace Berri, providing free and confidential mental health support for young people aged 12–25.

All of our services are free, and you can self‑refer at any time.
