We are Fully Booked for the Spring Equinox Sound Bath. ✨

These fortunate people will be testing out a new cosy and comfortable space to rest and experience the healing presence of many beautiful sounds.

I've noticed recently that the sound healing world is exploding with many more people's minds opening up to this experience. My heart knows that this is to help us align more deeply with ourselves and to find new ways to wellness.

Bravo to all 🌿U3A D R U M M E R S 🌿....And a BIG shout out to Andrew Duncan for inviting us to drum at his Food Forest in Monash.

A 'Taste of Drumming' was held over 3 weeks to a group of open minded, rhythmic, wise and curious people.
⚪
Together we created healing sounds and rhythms, merged our sounds together in harmony and discovered that we really are People of the Drum!

Surrounded by so many open hearted women, cocooned in the calming energy of the trees, supported by the earth beneath us, and surrounded by singing birds of all kinds.

.... and then ....a flooded road to navigate and a sandbar that became an Island. 😉
🪽
The largest and healthiest tree we found - the real matriarch at the grove -came in at somewhere between 500 and 600 years old.
🪽
Thanks to all for gifting us with your ever evolving beautiful matriarchal qualities. ❣
