Morning Lap Swimming 🏊‍♀️
End of season breakfast .

I’ve been doing this for at least 30 years.
It’s one of the best habits I’ve created.

People swim, exercise, chat and come together for a morning lap swimmers breakfast during the ‘off’ season.

The state we are in, the awareness we bring, and the belief we hold all influence how sound is experienced.

After 14 years in the field of Sound Healing, I have finally reached the status of becoming a Certified Therapeutic Sound Practitioner.
🪽
The minimum number of hours for this certification is 200.
To date I have reached over 600 hours.
🪽
International Sound Therapy Association (ISTA) ensure that high quality standards and professional practices are provided by their members. I'm proud to be a part of this!
