�Note: The retreat is at the Buddhist temple so If you are a couple, you are required to sleep in a seperate bedroom. Please be mindful that Intimacy is not permitted at the temple.

�❤️Note: We serve Breakfast, lunch and only light refreshments for dinner so If you prefer to eat big meal then please make sure you have dinner before arriving on Friday.
�Dress code : ❣️The retreat is held at the monastery so please DO NOT wear shorts or short skirts. No revealing clothing for women as we have monks residing at the temple.
�❤️Its best for everyone to wear comfortable and loose fitting clothes especially pants so you can sit and meditate longer without any discomfort.
�🧘♀️Please bring along a yoga mat, a travel bottle to refill unlimited beverages provided and a torch for when you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night as bathrooms are outside the bedrooms. Pack clothes enough for 3 days & 2 nights, towels and personal belongings needed for your stay.
�❤️If you do not have transport and would like to get a ride to the retreat, the meeting point is at Cherrybrook station Friday at 5 pm sharp. The temple’s car will pick us up from there. You will need to contact me to make an arrangement and to reserve a seat as we only have limited car seats.
