What's on my mind, ? You may well ask, the Facebook introduction to enter a subject is a supposition that you may actually have thought something out, which you wish to share.

Well, relevant to the page name you may assume that I've somehow flipped my lid and gone totally into tin foil hat territory. But No. It's about certain Physical and Phycological aspects of my life experiences, now and past that may, or not interest, help, or answer some of the everyday physical and mental assault we put our minds and body through.

Now, I'm not a qualified Phycologist, so you can take anything I post here with a grain of salt. You're not obliged to do anything that I might do or suggest. So, keeping it simple, most of any referencing will possibly come from old mate GOOGLE, the ever-reliable source of a million different opinions in one's hand. And, there won't be much of it, it's not scientific journal I'm creating here, though most of it will strive to be bu****it free.

So, on with it then, first subject, one that I'm sure will add interest to your lives, is PEANUTS. oh, where is this going you may well ask again.

I like them, which has led me into the peanut world, all the way from planting, harvest and processing to the nutritional value and the associated health benefits that this amazing legume provides. Now just to be sweet, I'm not being paid a single peanut for commenting about peanuts on this post, there are people who are influencers who I consider peanuts, but not here.

Where to from here, well I'm now at an age where despite my best efforts, my everyday lifestyle was not complementing my ability to deliver it comfortably, so with some simple changes I intend to continue with a diet change that I have so far found to be amazing, with better mobility, weight control, confidence and improved strength and taste satisfaction all in one. Peanuts you say, yes Peanuts.

So, there's the first of many posts on Peanuts, more to come with specific details on nutrient values and daily consumption and my personal results. Feel free to add any of your own opinions, good bad or ugly, I don't care, though if you can add something that may benefit or add to the posts please do. Cheers Flap.
