"I joined Hands On People 3 years ago when I was close to finishing my Certificate III in Individual Support. The team never failed making me feel at home, and I'm always grateful for the trust they've given me since day one."

What Marilou loves most about her role is the satisfaction she gets from seeing the genuine smiles on participants' faces, knowing she's done her absolute best every day.

When she's not helping the team and participants, you'll find her at the garden, getting busy and getting her hands dirty taking care of her plants.
