Our most recent graduates Jesse (over a year out) and Paulos (just months) are still hungry to upskill and completed their APA Sports Level 1 last weekend, facilitated by some the most respected Sports Physios in NT, Senior Physios Lee Corey + Lauren Kaethner.

Thank you ladies for your expertise and know-how. The guys came away armed with some great insight and said it was an intensive refresher on the ankle, hip, shoulder, lumbar spine and taping techniques. They’re looking forward to putting their extra knowledge into action.

Thank you for giving up your weekends to continually raise the bar in NT.

We are so happy to welcome our latest onboarder to the team - Darwin man, Paulos Rigas!

Locally born + bred, Paulos has always made exercise and staying active his lifestyle. He completed his Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at Charles Darwin University, before moving to Sydney to complete his Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University. He returned to the Territory after gaining valuable experience in various settings, including private practice, sport teams, hospitals, and more.

After dedicating years to training in martial arts and having a passion for strength and conditioning, he sparked his interest in how the body works and recovers from injury. Paulos is goal-driven and enjoys helping people get back to what is important to them, whether that’s optimal sporting performance, returning to work, recovering from surgery, or simply wanting to improve their quality of life.

Outside the clinic, he finds joy in spending time with his fiancé, family and friends, going for coffee, or getting in a workout.
