We understand that many individuals are facing long waiting lists for psychological services at other clinics. To ensure you receive the support you need without delay, we are pleased to offer immediate availability for therapy sessions.

Holly Denman, a compassionate and dedicated clinician, is currently accepting new clients. She offers flexible sessions via phone or video conferencing, making it easier for you to access quality care from the comfort of your home.

Holly provides both private and Medicare-rebated psychological services to individuals aged 14 and above, including young people and adults. Whether you're seeking support for mental health challenges or personal growth, Holly is here to guide you on your journey to well-being.

Holly has treated a variety of presentations including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Depressive Disorders, Eating Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorders.

Holly has also provided therapeutic interventions focused around parent-child relational difficulties and attachment disorders. In addition, Holly has expertise working with developmental disorders including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, intellectual disabilities, and Autistic individuals, and she is well-versed in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs.

Our psychologist Debra has immediate after-hours availability for online psychology sessions, and is taking new referrals.

Debra is based in Armidale, and provides psychological therapy online via telehealth on at various times across the week. Debra has afterhours appointments available.
Debra's clinical work has mainly been with adults through Medicare, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). She has worked within the University setting providing support to students as well as non-government organisations and private practice.

Debra has been registered as a psychologist since 2016. Since that time, she has worked full time, providing psychological services to adolescents, adults, and couples. Debra’s prior work roles have included providing counselling based interventions through non-government organisations and psychological intervention in private practicing settings. Deb is also a Board Approved Supervisor and can provide clinical supervision services.

Debra is trained in the following therapies:
-Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
-Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
-Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
-Emotion Focused Therapy

Debra has been a psychologist since 2016. Debra holds a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, a Master's degree in Grief and Loss, and Bachelor's degrees in both Psychology (Honours) and Counselling. Debra truly cares about her clients. Debra's approach to therapy is client-centred, meaning that every person who walks through her door gets the personalised care they need to thrive. She's a true partner in counselling, who believes in the power of optimism, openness, and self-reflection for positive change. Best of all, she's committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for her clients.

Her clinical expertise in working with adults via Medicare, Employee Assistance Program, and the National Disability Insurance Scheme, coupled with her experience in supporting university students and not-for-profit organisations, makes her a trusted professional to help you navigate psychological challenges.

Debra provides psychological services for adolescents, adults, and couples. She welcomes all clients from diverse backgrounds into therapy. In addition to clinical practice Debra is also an experienced board approved supervisor who values learning and inspiring professional growth among student psychologists, early carer psychologists and her colleagues.

Debra has a variety of session times available throughout the week. She provides early morning sessions Monday to Friday prior to work hours, after hours sessions Wednesdays and Fridays, and day sessions on Sunday. This allows working professionals to access psychological services without impacting their workday.

Debra also has a special interest in providing mental health treatment to other mental health professionals, and working with clients with disabilities.

Dr Justine Evans is a Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor. She has developed a 2-hour online webinar for psychologists, provisional psychologists and mental health professionals who would like to develop skills in supporting clients to access the NDIS. This webinar will include report writing for NDIS access and reviews.

Completion of this webinar will support you to:
-Understand the difference between a treating clinician’s report vs. formal assessment reports
-Assess and Report on functional impairment
