S.E.P.T.E.M.B.E.R is here! 🌻

✈ As many of you know, I am welcoming the new month by taking a little break & going on a holiday!

🤸 Returning on the 17th with a beautiful Slow start of a Yin Yoga class at the Berry Springs Volunteer Bushfire Brigade.

🕔 Friday afternoon times at the Remote Territory Health Care have changed to 5pm to make more space for you to join after your workdays.

🎉 Another exciting thing coming is that your first yoga flow with me is FREE! 🎉
Welcoming you all back from break the first week of my return ALL classes will be free for ANYONE to try! Thats the 17th - the 19th - the 20th and the 21st! You can come to one, or you can come to all!

❤️ Thank you all for the support throughout this year with all our classes as we all grow together and learn together.
