🔊 SOUND ON ✨ If I had to wrap my first fifty years in three words, they’d be connection, freedom, and integrity.

💛 Connection — For me, it’s showing up for my family, my close friends, and the community I’m blessed to grow with. Cousin sleepovers, camping weekends, Sunday lunches, and the yogis who remind me what it means to hold space for each other. These moments remind me I’m never alone.

🌊 Freedom — Choosing adventure over things. In 2014, we sold our house, packed away our belongings, and travelled for seven months as a family. It taught me that freedom lives in the simple moments sunrises on the road, fishing at sunset, laughter around the campfire. Simplicity always wins.

✨ Integrity — Staying true to my values, even when it means taking the road less travelled. Choosing family, making memories, truth over trends. It’s why I teach yoga it’s my practice on and off the mat.

These threads have shaped every lesson, every choice, every moment so far. They’ll guide me into the next fifty years too.

What three words thread through your life so far? I’d love to hear yours below. 💛

SOUND ON 🔊 Next Monday, I turn 50 half a century of living, loving, learning, laughing and letting go.

Over the next seven days, I’m sharing some of what life has taught me so far the big lessons, the tiny whispers, the family ties and the freedom I’ve found along the way.

I grew up surrounded by cousins, camping trips, fishing, and the wide-open beach that still takes my stress away in seconds. My grandparents, my Dad, my Mum, the roots run deep. Now, I get to watch my kids feel that same family magic with their cousins and their special Aunts.

Fifteen years ago, yoga found me and changed everything. It became my rock, my reminder to breathe, to bend, to break open and begin again. It carried me through my 30s, 40s, and now into my 50s, feeling stronger than ever.

When my Dad passed, I realised more than ever. Life is for living, not just existing. Aging is a privilege not everyone gets. And you are not your age.. You’re the ENERGY you bring into the world!

Here’s to connection, freedom and integrity. Here’s to choosing family and freedom and welcoming abundance that aligns with our values and supports the way we truly want to live.

Stick around this week. Perhaps you'll see a little of your own story in mine. 💛

I'd love to hear one thing life has taught you so far? Let me know ⬇️

From yoga mats to shared meals, from classes to lifelong connections ✨ This weekend in Stanthorpe, I caught up with a beautiful friend Clare someone who first came into my life through my yoga classes and is still part of my world today.

She showed up in her Nics Yoga shirt (cue my heart melting 🖤), and we spent the night enjoying conversations good food and local wines. Even a nose rub from Snowy her alpaca!
It reminded me just how special this community is one that extends beyond the studio, beyond the town, beyond time.

Once you're part of it, you're always part of it. And that’s something I’m deeply proud of. 💫

✨️Day 21 of the 21 Days of Christmas Challenge 🎄

We made it! Today marks the final day of this beautiful journey, and I can’t think of a better way to close than with a practice that feels so simple, yet so magical: Cloud gazing. ☁️✨

Take a few minutes to lay back, look up, and watch the clouds drift by. Notice their ever-changing shapes, let your mind wander, and enjoy the freedom to daydream without a purpose. This is a moment to simply be—no doing, no thinking, just observing.

Cloud gazing reminds me to slow down, to find wonder in the ordinary, and to embrace stillness as a gift. 💕

Thank you for being part of this challenge. I hope it’s brought you moments of joy, calm, and connection during this busy season.

I'd love to hear what has been your favorite practice from these 21 days?

✨️Day 20 of the 21 Days of Christmas Challenge 🎄

Today’s practice is another moment for reflection. ✍️

We’re nearing the end of this challenge, and it’s the perfect time to pause and think about how taking just a few minutes each day has made you feel. Has it helped you find calm, reconnect with yourself, or create more balance in your life?

Here are today’s journal prompts to explore:
1️⃣ How has taking a few minutes for myself each day during this challenge made me feel?2️⃣ How can I continue to create time for these moments of care and connection moving forward?

✨ These questions are an opportunity to celebrate the small, intentional moments you’ve carved out for yourself—and to set intentions for carrying these practices into the new year.

Take your time, reflect, and enjoy this space for you. 💕

How has this challenge impacted you so far? Share your thoughts in the comments below, or keep them just for yourself. 💬
