When we are in balance, so is our home space and immediate environment.

Certain flowers stand out and catch your eye from time to time. I notice this as I’m sure you do too.

The nasturtiums in my garden have been a razzle dazzling for months, but it was the beautiful deep red rose that inspired me to make a little essence brew and start ingesting the medicine given by these flower spirits.
