Painful s*x isn’t something you have to just live with!

It’s more common than many realise, and it’s OK to speak up. Whether it’s hormonal, physical, or emotional, your pain is valid and help is available.

Let’s break the silence and start the conversation. 💛

Noticed irregular or heavy bleeding? It’s worth checking in.

Endometrial hyperplasia happens when the lining of the uterus becomes too thick - often due to hormone changes. While it’s not always serious, in some cases it can increase the risk of endometrial cancer.

It’s more common after age 40, but it can affect younger women too, especially those with PCOS, obesity, or who aren’t ovulating regularly.

The good news? It’s treatable. Early diagnosis can make a huge difference, so don’t ignore unusual bleeding - your body might be trying to tell you something 💛

Noticed a lump “down there”? You’re not alone.

Bartholin’s cysts are surprisingly common, and often harmless. They form when the tiny glands near the vaginal opening become blocked, leading to a small, painless lump. But in some cases, they can grow, become uncomfortable, or even develop into an abscess.

If you’ve noticed a change or you’re unsure about a lump, it’s always worth checking in with your GP or gynaecologist. You deserve peace of mind and the right support. 💛

Breech baby at 36 weeks? Don’t panic. 💛

It’s more common than you might think - around 1 in 25 babies are still breech at term.

From understanding the different breech positions to learning about your options (like an ECV or caesarean birth), we’re here to guide you through every step. The most important thing? A safe, informed birth that’s right for you and your baby.

If your baby is breech, speak to your care provider about your individual circumstances, options, and what to expect next.

You’re not alone, and we’re here to support you!

Perimenopause can sneak up on you, and many women don’t realise they’re in it. 💭

Often starting in your 40s, it can bring changes like mood swings, irregular cycles, brain fog, and night sweats. It’s hormonal, it’s common.

In this post, we’re breaking down what to expect, how long it lasts, and ways to manage symptoms, both naturally and medically. The more we understand our bodies, the more supported we feel. 💕

Birth is always a special experience - and this little one was no exception.

A perfectly healthy baby boy, completely unaware of just how excited his parents are to meet him.

Thank you to Mum and Dad for letting me be part of your journey 🤍

Recurrent UTIs? You’re definitely not alone.

1 in 5 Australian women experience them - often due to things like a shorter urethra, hormonal changes, s*x, or even hydration habits.

If you're getting UTIs frequently, it’s worth speaking to your GP or gynae. There may be underlying causes or simple changes that can help, from hygiene tips and probiotics to tailored treatments.

You don’t need to put up with discomfort. Let’s talk about it and find what works for you 💛
