Edenz Disability Support Services’ mission is to provide high-quality and effective services in and around outer Southeast Melbourne. At Edenz, our experienced registered nurses and support workers will visit you and your family at home and will provide you with holistic, individual-focused quality care. We will work with your GP and other allied health professionals to make sure you are well-supp
orted and cared for. We understand that everyone’s needs are different, so we tailor our services to meet the individual needs of each person. We can assist you with tasks, including:
Medication management: We can help you manage your medications, including administering them as prescribed and assisting you to understand their proper use. Wound care: Our nurses will help manage and treat wounds to promote healing. Chronic disease management: We can help individuals with chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and asthma manage their condition and maintain their health. Others: bowel care; catheter care and management; tracheostomy management; ventilation support; subcutaneous injections; PEG and NG Tube feeding. In addition to this, we can also provide assistance with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, meal planning and preparation, grocery shopping, lawn and garden maintenance, and many more.
