Looking for the Business Development Manager
Victoria Care Group Pty Ltd is an established disability service provider, Supporting and delivering in-home care to individuals living with a disability.
We offer a range of in-home support services; domestic assistance, personal care, community access, complex physical care (Including the use of ventilator machines), positive behavior support, and complex care to clients with behaviors of concern.
We offer support to participants under multiple funding bodies (NDIS, Work safe, DFFH, Self-funded, and Disability Support Older Australians).
The Role
A fresh and exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to manage our New Business team has arisen because of organizational expansion. As a Business Development Manager at Victoria care Group, you will lead, coach, and supervise a team responsible for end-to-end customer acquisition, including onboarding and integration.
You will work closely with the Customer Experience Manager to map out processes for future customer intake and integration. You will also concentrate on continual improvement for the client journey, which will include reviewing customer feedback. You will support the design and delivery of new service models, as well as construct referral pipelines, in collaboration with the Services Team.
This position requires the following abilities, experience, and qualifications:
• Experienced in the disability sector and/or client-centered care.
• Results driven.
• An enthusiastic and experienced manager.
• Emotionally intelligent, in tune with consumer needs, and responsive to a range of diverse consumer needs.
• An excellent verbal and written communicator, with excellent influencing and facilitation skills.
• Proactive in your approach to work, with a high degree of initiative and a positive approach
• Motivated to perform the job with the highest levels of professionalism and integrity, with the view of always representing the organization in a positive light.
• Relationship focused, with the ability to develop and maintain a diverse range of relationships and partnerships across the Community Services Sector
• Innovative and continually seeking to improve the status quo for our clients.
• A strong sales background, with experience in providing face-to-face solutions.
• Solid understanding of Home Care/Personal Care delivery model (or similar in community services and health sectors).
• Ideally have experience and knowledge in Individual Support Programs in Disability and TAC/ Compensable Insurance programs.
• Able to provide presentations for online events
