Creativity and talent were proudly on display as residents from Homestyle Melville Grange Art Group entered their artwork into the Berwick Show. With encouragement from Lifestyle Assistant Leanne, residents spent several art sessions preparing and selecting pieces to share with the wider community.

The presentation of the winning artwork was a proud and memorable occasion, with residents thrilled to be recognised for their artistic ability and dedication.

The awarded artwork is now proudly displayed at Melville Grange, honouring the talent and accomplishments of these wonderful artists.

2. Steps for entry into Aged Care.
3. Fees and Charges associated with Residential Aged Care.

Melville Grange recently hosted Beekeeper Tom from Coastal Nectar on World Bee Day May 14th!

Ben presented an Educational bee Workshop to the residents, discovering why bees are important to our environment and the food we eat. The Workshop covered topics such as the lifecycle of a bee, pollination powers, as well as providing hands on equipment, beeswax and of course honey!

Residents and staff got to taste the delicious honey that Ben had just harvested, as well as enjoying a hands on candle making workshop. A fascinating Presentation, Workshop and experience enjoyed by all. 🐝🌼🍯

Homestyle Aged Care CEO Tim Humphries is taking part in the annual Vinnies CEO Sleepout on 19th June on the rooftop carpark at the South Melbourne market.

Joining hundreds of other CEO’s and businesses owners, as well as community and government leaders, Tim will sleep outdoors to raise awareness and help raise funds for the many Australians who are experiencing homelessness and people at risk of homelessness.

The funds raised help to provide immediate relief to people, like food and crisis accommodation, as well as supporting healthcare, education, employment and other critical support services essential to those facing homelessness.

Melville Grange recently celebrated its 25th Anniversary!

Chief Executive Officer Tim Humphries, Group General Manager Jane Jenkins, General Manager Human Resources Dawn Griffiths and Chief Financial Officer King Hii joined Director of Nursing Susan Taylor to present five, ten and even a twenty five year Service Awards to the staff.

Congratulations Susan Kosi on twenty five years of service to Homestyle! Susan was an employee at Melville Grange the very day it opened!

We recognise, congratulate and thank all the Melville Grange staff that were presented with their Service Awards for their years of dedicated service. Well done to each and every one of you in providing exceptional care to the residents. 🫶
