And to help assist your wellness journey, we are offering a FREE INTRODUCTION TO YOGA SERIES where you can attend and try our class offerings weekly, over 4 weeks!…for FREE!
Kicking off on Wednesday 21st January, eqch wee you can book and try our Slow Flow, Yin, YinYang & Restorative classes alongside other new students.
The classes will include an introduction of each style per week at the commencement, and then a class with easy and inclusive instructions to help you feel supported within a normal class environment.
