Mabon falls at the Autumnal Equinox and is known as the Harvest Festival.

Here in the Southern Hemisphere the Autumn equinox falls on the 20-21 of March, the day that we experience a time of equal night and day, as from now the days become shorter as we prepare to enter Winter. It is a time of balance and preparation.

Whether we are consciously aware or not the different seasons reflect ourselves.

As Mother Nature sheds her leaves preparing for the barren time of Winter, it is a symbolic time for us to honour our achievements and to let go of those parts of our lives that are not working.

Tune into the energies of this day and night to feel this brief moment of balance.
