A little life update… 🤍

I’m so excited to share that we’re expecting a baby girl in July! 🌸

For now, I’m still seeing clients as usual but I expect to wind down for maternity leave around June.
I’ll be sure to keep everyone updated with plans so your treatments are taken care of while I’m away.

I’d love to see you in for a treatment before I take leave but if you need advice or a referral, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
And don’t forget, we now have our amazing massage therapist Tash to help look after everyone!

You may notice we are officially moving to digital client forms!

As True Balance continues to grow, we’re updating our systems to make things smoother, more secure and more streamlined for everyone.
That means both new and existing clients will receive a quick online form to fill out before their next session.
Even if you’ve completed paperwork with us before, we’d really appreciate you taking a few minutes to update your details so everything in our system is current.

📣 I’m so excited to introduce Tash, the newest therapist joining the True Balance Massage & Myotherapy team 👏

Tash has spent the last three years helping people move better, feel stronger, and recover faster through therapeutic and sports massage. She works with everyone — from athletes, busy parents to anyone wanting to feel good in their body again.
She holds a Certificate in Whole Body Massage and a Diploma of Health Science while currently completing her Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science. This means she brings both incredible hands-on skill and a deep understanding of how the body works.
What I love most about Tash is her thoughtful, problem-solving approach. She’s not just about treating where it hurts — she looks at why it’s happening and builds a plan that truly supports long-term results.
I’m so grateful to have her on board and I know you’ll love working with her 🤍

6 things your Myotherapist might never say out loud… but definitely feels.

🫶🏻 We feel bad for taking days off - even if we know we need them.
It’s our goal to look after you and we know you rely on us to keep you moving!

🫶🏻 We quietly wonder if we did enough!
After every session, we replay it in our minds. Did I help? Could I have done more?
We care deeply, sometimes too much!

🫶🏻 We often treat through our own pain.
Tired backs, sore hands, grief, heartbreak - we still show up with our full energy because we love what we do!

🫶🏻 Cancellations (especially no shows) hit hard!
Not just financially, but emotionally. We question our worth, our skills and our value even when we know it’s not about us.

🫶🏻 We don’t just treat pain, we notice everything.
Your posture, mood, energy, even how you breathe.
We’re trained to notice the little things you don’t say out loud and treat accordingly.
