Our body is a map of truth
Often we ignore its signals, seeking quick fixes that mask what truly needs attention. But the body does not lie. It stores what the soul has not yet healed. Through dedicated healing and counselling sessions with Nikki, you can begin to gently unravel what has been held for too long, creating space for freedom, flow, and deep release.
Throat – Unexpressed Emotions, Communication Issues, Sadness
Spiritually, the throat is the gateway between the heart and the mind. When we do not speak our truth or silence our authentic voice, the throat chakra contracts, symbolizing a disconnection from our inner wisdom. Sadness lingers here when love is left unspoken, and we carry the weight of what was never said. Healing begins with sacred expression, speaking, singing, whispering our truth back into the wind.

Hips – Fear and Trauma
The hips are our foundation, holding our primal fears and past experiences. Spiritually, this is the root of our grounding. When fear is unresolved, it settles in these deep wells, echoing past traumas and survival patterns. Opening the hips through movement, breath, and presence allows the energy of fear to rise, be seen, and be transmuted into power.
⸻
Shoulders and Neck – Tension and Stress from Responsibilities
The shoulders carry burdens, not just our own but those of others we unconsciously hold. Spiritually, this is the realm of the inner martyr, the one who gives endlessly. Neck tension reflects our struggle to see both sides or to turn away from what no longer aligns. Releasing this requires forgiveness of self, of others, of the belief that we must do it all alone.
⸻
Jaw – Anger, Frustration, and Unspoken Words
The jaw clenches when we suppress rage or hold back tears. Spiritually, it is a shield guarding our voice, where our soul wishes to roar but is met with silence. This space invites us to allow expression, to move stuck words into sound, into healing, and to honour the fire within without fear of burning others.
⸻
Stomach and Gut – Anxiety and Worry Affecting Digestion
The solar plexus is our spiritual fire, our confidence, willpower, and trust in life. When we are anxious or untrusting, the energy here coils tight, making digestion of food, of life experiences, a struggle. Spiritually, this reflects a fear of the unknown and a craving for control. Healing comes from surrender, and in doing so, we return to the wisdom of our gut, our second brain, our inner oracle.
⸻
Chest and Heart – Heartbreak, Sadness, and Grief
The heart is the soul’s home. Grief, when not honoured, sits here like a stone on sacred ground. Spiritually, the heart’s expansion depends on our ability to soften through pain and to let love move again. It is the place where forgiveness begins, where compassion blooms, and where the soul learns to trust after loss.
⸻
Lower Back – Financial Stress and Lack of Support
The lower back is energetically tied to our sense of being held by life, by others, by Spirit. Financial pressure, fear of survival, or lack of support weakens this area. Spiritually, this reflects a disconnection from divine abundance and ancestral strength. Healing arises through trust, ritual, and remembering that you are always supported, seen and unseen.
⸻
Head – Anger, Stress, and Overthinking
When the mind becomes a battlefield, it radiates into headaches and spiritual exhaustion. The crown, meant to be a channel to higher realms, becomes clouded by the noise of fear. Spiritually, this calls for stillness, for descending from the mind into the body, into the breath, into the now where Spirit lives.
⸻
Face – Shame and Fear
Our face is the mask of the soul. Shame distorts this mask, hiding our true essence. Spiritually, this is about being seen in our wholeness, in our wounds, in our truth. When we heal shame, we reclaim our divine reflection and radiate authenticity.
⸻
Happiness – In a Diffuse Pattern All Over the Body
Happiness is not confined. It is light in motion, dancing across the body in waves. Spiritually, joy is a remembering. It lives in the cells, the breath, the spaces between thoughts. It does not demand perfection. It simply asks to be felt. When we align, happiness becomes not something we chase, but something we return to, a natural state of the soul.
