Meet Suzanne, the newest Psychologist to join our team!
💭 Why did you choose this career?
"I initially studied biochemistry and went into research because I wanted to do something where I could be useful and add to society, and help people. After almost 15 years doing this, I realised I was actually very disconnected from people, hiding in a laboratory, and I wanted to be more on the front lines, so I switched careers and studied psychology and have never looked back."
💭 What makes you jump out of bed each morning?
"My cat Mufasa and my dog Rafiki. If I don't get out of bed they will harass my to no end!"
💭 What do you love about what you do at Futures?
"Being invited into people's worlds and being allowed to support people of all ages through difficult times and good times is such a privilege, and I get to do that most days of the week!"
💭 A fun fact about you!
"I love to sing karaoke and dress up in fancy dress theme parties. I have a cupboard full of fancy dress costumes."
