TENNIS ELBOW 🎾💪
One of the most common injuries of the forearm we see!
Repetitive strain / load of the common extensors causes irritation and inflammation over the tendon origin at the lateral epicondyle.

We recommend reducing load on the elbow initially, followed by a gradual increase as you see improvements in pain and strength.

It is important to work with your physio for advice on appropriate exercise progressions and to help manage inflammation and pain.
