Merry Christmas and so much gratitude for being here with us🦭🤍

Selkie exists because of the people who walk through our doors seeking rest, connection, healing and a moment to breathe.

Whether you’ve saunad, received a treatment, or simply followed along from afar, you are part of Selkie, and you give us the opportunity to exist in the place we love, sharing what we care about deeply.

This year has taught us the power of slowing down... How important it is to tend to our nervous systems, our bodies, and each other. Selkie was created as a place of refuge, and it’s been an honour to watch it become exactly that for so many of you.

As we move through the festive season, we hope you gift yourself moments of softness. Time in nature. Deep breaths. Gentle movement. Rest without guilt.

Selkie Flow Lymphatic Drainage 💦

A gentle yet powerful lymph ritual that works with your body’s natural tides — from surface watersheds to the deepest fluid pathways.

Remedial Massage in the Heart of Bicheno with Jemma Hosking. Jemma has been a massage therapist for the past 5 years, working in a variety of Remedial Massage clinics and luxury spas.

Her aim with each session is to understand your individual needs, and provide a nurturing space for the body and mind to let go, allowing the innate healing wisdom of the body to do its work.

Jemma is experienced in treating sports injuries and chronic pain, helping people regain mobility and strength and experience life without pain is her passion! Jemma draws on her experience as a personal trainer and yoga teacher to ensure that you can take self care into your own hands at home, with beneficial self care and exercise techniques recommended as part of remedial treatments.

Jemma incorporates techniques such as trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, myofascial release and cupping to suit your individual needs and help you have the best treatment possible.
